"I can't keep up with Stephen King's output."

Anne Rice

Updated 4/15/2008

If you’re viewing this then you’re obviously wondering what movies I enjoy watching or have in my own library. There’s a few laying around on the shelves, here, at Moonie’s World Headquarters. Some of you may or may not have watched this movie in 1986.

Terminal Entry (1986)

It was one of the first movies that I truly enjoyed without actually understanding why I enjoyed it so much. Give me a modem an internet connection a few years later and now I see.

Another movie that I enjoyed (and thought I’d mention) is this one…

An American Haunting Movie

I love scary movies, though this one wasn’t as frightening as I thought it would be and the ending will just make you sick!

The next movie that I think you’ll enjoy is…

The Covenant - Official Site

It’s one of those movies that most teens flock to, but I have to say that it kept my attention. I hope they decide to make a sequel. It has great potential for an additional storyline.

Now who hasn’t seen this next movie?

AnneRice.Com: Interview With The Vampire

The link is to one of the pages to her official site. The Vampire Chronicles..hmm..all I can say is that I enjoyed, enjoyed! If you click the link to the home page of her site, you’ll find her personal endorsement for Hillary Clinton for President and Anne goes on to speak of her personal beliefs, she also tells us that she is Pro-life and a Democrat…etc-etc.

So many people turned against her when she openly embraced Christianity. Some still wonder about her conversion and why she continues not to disown her previous works with vampires and other “evil” things. She answers this on her site. (Though I never condemned her) She’s in good company, it seems. For those of you that want to know more and simply didn’t feel like googling this, click the link and give her a few minutes of your time. I believe you'll find it interesting. Anne will email if you drop her a line at anneobrienrice@mac.com. She will remain a favorite author of mine.

Now tell me who hasn't seen this next film?

^Theatrical Release Poster^

I still love watching this movie and have it in my collection... some scenes are a bit long, but any true fan still enjoys this.

Another movie that I enjoyed was this one...

Weird Science (1985)

I can't tell you how many times I've watched this film lol It's silly, but it's great for a dull afternoon.

Stephen King is another favorite author of mine and my favorite book of his is "The Tommyknockers." The movie, which I believe was made for television, didn't do the book justice. Though I thought I'd give it a mention here... and provide a link to his site.

Stephen King

Browse around, you might find his myspace. (I'm not sharing it though)

Oh and what collection would be complete without Freddy?

A Nightmare on Elm Street Official Movie Site

When I first watched this movie, I couldn't sleep for days. I was fairly young and the movie had been out for awhile when we got together and watched it on cable. Did everyone know that Johnny Depp played the boyfriend of the lead character in the first movie? I had to double check that, but it's true. Far cry from Pirates of the Caribbean.

I'll add more to this area as I have time, check back soon.
